Residential Lettings Manager Laila joined the team in July 2021 and her core focus is on the effective management of our residential portfolio.

Working with tenants from their initial enquiry through to the day they move in, her role encompasses the contracts, finance and administration of residential properties, as well as being a point of contact for our tenants. With a background in the events industry, organising international conferences and business events, Laila welcomes the new challenge presented by her role.

“The Benyon Estate has such a good reputation that properties are often snapped up quickly,” Laila explained. “It can be a fast turnaround from the initial call, but it’s part of the job that I really enjoy.”

Growing up in London, she settled in De Beauvoir Town in 2018. “De Beauvoir has such a lovely community, I stumbled across the area by chance but truly love it here. It has a village feel and is a vibrant neighbourhood, yet you can get into central London in no time at all.”
